Location: 120 E. Drexel Rd through 180 E. Drexel Rd 85706

This future project is four (4) duplexes, (8) unit project that will be sold to Family Housing Resources Inc. (FHR) in the 1st quarter of 2024. This project received $500,000 in Pima County GAP funding which will be used for the construction of the units. This will be a rental project with an 80% AMI maximum for future tenants. SALT will be the project manager for the development and construction of this project.
