Now Available! This community consists of 31 lots, 17 of which are under construction, including Seven (7) brand new affordable rental homes by SALT. SALT envisions new construction of homes for ownership as well as affordable rentals. In addition, SALT would like to see the rehabilitation of existing homes, common areas, existing infrastructure etc. to make this community shine.
