The Industrial Development Authority for the County of Pima (“IDA”) is a nonprofit corporation designated a political subdivision of the State of Arizona incorporated with the approval of Pima County, pursuant to the provisions of the Arizona Constitution. The IDA works with three (3) support organizations (including SALT) to maximize its community impact. Programs include Affordable Housing, Nonprofit Loan Programs, Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance, and Senior Care among others. In addition, SALT’s sister organization, Family Housing Resources, has established FHR Cares, Inc., which manages a philanthropic endowment and acts as a grant making organization to the local nonprofit community.
