I have been renting from SALT for the past year. I’m renting a beautiful 3 bed 2 bath house with a garage, yard for my dogs and a nice fireplace. Since being there, I had a huge bee hive growing under the front part of my house; my stove broke and a tree needed to be cut down due to being dead already. SALT has been very prompt and courteous and responded immediately to all of the situations. This has not been my experience renting elsewhere with other companies. SALT has always been kind and professional which is why I have decided to renew my lease with them for another year. They are very reasonable with their rent too. I’m currently finishing up my Nurse Practitioner degree and decided to take the next 6 months off from work to focus on this. I have saved enough money to do so and I appreciate SALT not increasing my rent a great deal like other companies have done when renewing leases. I highly recommend SALT to anyone. Richard, my leasing agent, has been amazing. Thank You SALT for everything.
